        During our work together we find the appropriate methods that are right for you and your situation, among them are techniques from<\/p>

        • talk therapy,<\/li>
        • hypnosis,<\/li>
        • work with inner parts using chairs or anchoring positions with cards on the floor (systemic approach),<\/li>
        • Focusing,<\/li>
        • NLP (neuro-linguistic programming),<\/li>
        • trauma therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)<\/li>

          The framework and basis of my work is the Integrative Psychotherapy (IPT) according to Christoph Mahr. IPT is a goal-, solution- and resource-oriented therapy approach, emotion-focused and offers the possibility to integrate various theoretical methods.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

          It is important to understand that a psychotherapeutic method taken alone does little to determine how effective the joint work is.\u00a0 Rather, what is crucial is your inner willingness to face the issues with openness and curiosity, to allow new experiences and to be open to personal development – it is the whole person that changes, not just a single symptom.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          The <\/span>cost <\/b>for 60 minutes<\/span>\u00a0<\/b>is 90 \u20ac, payment is made in cash at the end of the session. Note that my services as a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy (Heilpraktiker f\u00fcr Psychotherapie) are not billable with the public health insurances and have to be paid privately.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
